Very good. I made it at work which was very convenient. I usually grind my own beans (single origin) there in a baratza and make a pour-over. As I was working I forgot that my coffee was different until I remembered near the bottom of the cup. I thought it was very well balanced. I wish I would have drank it a little slower to get the flavors as it got cooler but I guess it was too good for patience.
